"Big Problem: I was out and about, not near home, and discover I have a totally flat tire! My solution-providing, handy-mechanic son has flown overseas this morning, my model of car doesn’t have a spare, and to get it moved, it must travel on a flat-bed truck. Inspiration: I called my State Farm Insurance office. Cindy Erber-Agen calmed me immediately, saying “we’re going to solve this.” We did a little brainstorming, she took over the situation, had me hang up and breathe deeply, while she called to make the needed arrangements. Within an hour my car was on a flatbed, and transported to a tire service where the tire was replaced within the next hour. I felt like I was in the care of a genius and a best friend. Cindy was so very kind and patient, quick and clever. She turned my complicated afternoon into a warm and memorable experience. I am very grateful to Cindy for taking good care of me and to State Farm for having Cindy in their office!"

"I was recently in a major car accident involving a semi. Cindy Erber is my state farm agent (RT Shaw-Seattle, WA). Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the unchartered waters of managing my claim. Cindy was able to answer my questions in a timely manner, and advised what steps I needed to take in order to expedite the whole process. Cindy was able to lessen the worries I was experiencing, by being a great liaison between the claims dept and myself."

"DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS STATE FARM OFFICE!!! They totaled my car and continued to charge me for full coverage for an additional 4-5 months. Their sales person reached out to me to beging a new policy on a new vehicle. I asked them why they had been continuing to charge me for a vehicle that had been totaled months ago??? When I inquired about this, someone named CINDI asked me about my age and gender. She then told me she was an older lady and that I should not be upset with her. I told her I would like their office to stop stealing my money for coverage that I did no longer need. She continued to lecture me about her age and gender. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!!"

"Cindy Erber-Agen is so kind and helpful, working hand in hand with me to resolve homeowners insurance issues with my renter that were almost insurmountable and also very kind with my late payments - - I have five different policies with State Farm and I always think I'm on top of them and then suddenly I've missed one and I'm embarrassed again and Cindy is always very sweet in all her communications with me."

"I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 15 years and have been very content with my service and coverage. Using the app is easy (super helpful when I got a flat tire late at night once - someone arrived within 20 mins to assist), and their customer service is excellent. "We've been with this State Farm store for years. And they just raised our house insurance $500. $500! So we pay $1100 a year for our old house and now another $500. I did a. little research and this is all climate driven cost shifting. The insurance companies who have lost billions in LA because of climate driven fires are distributing costs and the profits they need for shareholders onto our backs. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of it. We can't get our politicians to stop the oil companies polluting our air and killing us with hotter and hotter weather, fires, biblical floods and hurricanes like what hit Asheville this year, but we have to pay the piper when they say bend over. A friend who was insurance broker for 30 years told me about the cost shifting. It should be illegal for us to have to keep padding State Farm's profit margins so their shareholders live in a risk free profit bubble-- one you and I are paying dearly for in our premiums. Call your Senators and the Washington Attorney General and insist on an investigation. The nice people working the desk at this store don't trump bad behavior by the parent co."

State Farm is a mutual company and does not report to Shareholders as you put in our message and it is terrible that these climate shifts have impacted all of our rates so dramatically.
