"No one ever reaches out when we're told by customer service that they would message them and someone from the office would call the next day. But ironically they do call when it has something to do with adding services and them making money. Extremely unacceptable, (of course just our opinion though)"

"I am a returning customer and I’ve been with another carrier since 2009. My rates went up 35.1% this year and my broker told me that’s pretty much the industry standard. When I reached out to State Farm for a quote I wasn’t expecting much better. Caryn was very kind and professional. We went over my policies from home auto and motorcycle line by line and she came back with policies that I am very happy with. She offered me a lot of choices and she listened to me and acknowledged my concerns and I am so surprised how easy this was. I’m happy to be back with State Farm. Thank you Caryn, you’re the best!"
