"January 2026: Adding to my original review that I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from this office and a newer member to their group. Josh Smith. I have been having trouble with the mobile app Drive Safe and Save e as it turns off whenever my phone updates and I was at risk of losing the policy reduction it affords me and we were able to walk through the steps to rectify the issue and get it back online. Again I appreciate all the wonderful customer service and attention to detail I have come to expect from the great group of folks working at this office. I have worked with the folks in this office since relocating to Seattle in 1995. This office was highly recommended by friends and they were absolutely correct. Caryn, Cindy, Virginia and others have guided me through the process of getting the best automobile coverage and renter's insurance for my personal needs. I am inching towards retirement and I am looking forward to speaking with them about their State Farm Medicare Supplement coverage as I gather information for that next step.
