"I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 15 years and have been very content with my service and coverage. Using the app is easy (super helpful when I got a flat tire late at night once - someone arrived within 20 mins to assist), and their customer service is excellent. Kudos to Josh J who helped me out recently and provided swift and professional assistance when I needed to reevaluate my coverage. I would recommend!"

"We've been with this State Farm store for years. And they just raised our house insurance $500. $500! So we pay $1100 a year for our old house and now another $500. I did a. little research and this is all climate driven cost shifting. The insurance companies who have lost billions in LA because of climate driven fires are distributing costs and the profits they need for shareholders onto our backs. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of it. We can't get our politicians to stop the oil companies polluting our air and killing us with hotter and hotter weather, fires, biblical floods and hurricanes like what hit Asheville this year, but we have to pay the piper when they say bend over. A friend who was insurance broker for 30 years told me about the cost shifting. It should be illegal for us to have to keep padding State Farm's profit margins so their shareholders live in a risk free profit bubble-- one you and I are paying dearly for in our premiums. Call your Senators and the Washington Attorney General and insist on an investigation. The nice people working the desk at this store don't trump bad behavior by the parent co."

State Farm is a mutual company and does not report to Shareholders as you put in our message and it is terrible that these climate shifts have impacted all of our rates so dramatically. "Thank you Sandra for helping us get coverage for our new car. Sounds simple but my emails were not going through,my ineptitude. It was the evening before a two day holiday. We were leaving on a trip. We needed proof of insurance and insurance! Sandra work with me to get everything done. It was 8pm when we finished. She stayed late to get this done for us and I can’t thank her enough. It was above and beyond!"

"We have been with this State Farm office for a long time. Cindy Erber Agen, Caryn Kaul and the staff are fantastic. Very often, customer service comes in the way of lots of simple as well as complex questions in addition to claims, etc., and the front line office staff is always readily available to help out. No question is too simple."

"Insurance can be a frustrating thing. The staff at Rt Shaw State Farm, namely Cindy and Caryn have made the experience simple and easy. We own 2-4 plexes and our current carrier dropped us for no reason, just that they didn't insure 4-plexes any longer. The staff at State Farm worked closely with underwriting and we had to make a couple of improvements and VOILA, they wrote us a very fair policy. Just today, I switched our HomeOwners and our Auto policy to Rt Shaw insurance. Again, with the help of this dynamic duo, I was able to save money and have better coverage. Cindy and Caryn are helpful, good listeners and have amazing follow-up!"
