"January 2026: Adding to my original review that I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from this office and a newer member to their group. Josh Smith. I have been having trouble with the mobile app Drive Safe and Save e as it turns off whenever my phone updates and I was at risk of losing the policy reduction it affords me and we were able to walk through the steps to rectify the issue and get it back online. Again I appreciate all the wonderful customer service and attention to detail I have come to expect from the great group of folks working at this office. I have worked with the folks in this office since relocating to Seattle in 1995. This office was highly recommended by friends and they were absolutely correct. Caryn, Cindy, Virginia and others have guided me through the process of getting the best automobile coverage and renter's insurance for my personal needs. I am inching towards retirement and I am looking forward to speaking with them about their State Farm Medicare Supplement coverage as I gather information for that next step. "I joined this agency in April 2025, had a nice conversation with the agent regarding car insurance and she got me all set up. Now it's impossible to reach anybody, even the owner via email regarding a question I have about my rate. I have sent numerous emails and got 1 response. First email was sent 10/15, then 10/22 (I did get a response, but no answer to my question), 12/3 and 12/17 and again right before Christmas. Nobody bothers to respond. I am very very disappointed in their lack of follow through. I had high hopes with this company."

I’m someone who is wary of salesmen but also knew as a first time car insurance purchaser, I needed to rely on someone who could explain how the different types of insurances worked. "Big Problem: I was out and about, not near home, and discover I have a totally flat tire! My solution-providing, handy-mechanic son has flown overseas this morning, my model of car doesn’t have a spare, and to get it moved, it must travel on a flat-bed truck. Inspiration: I called my State Farm Insurance office. Cindy Erber-Agen calmed me immediately, saying “we’re going to solve this.” We did a little brainstorming, she took over the situation, had me hang up and breathe deeply, while she called to make the needed arrangements.
